Hurricanes coach Manny Diaz sent out a celebratory tweet Saturday night for the seven high school teams from South Florida that won state titles this season.

Of the 14 seniors ranked among the top 100 players in the state by 247Sports to play for those teams (Columbus, St. Thomas Aquinas, Central, Northwestern, Booker T. Washington, Chaminade and Champagnat), three are committed to Miami (four-star safety Jalen Harrell, four-star defensive lineman Elijah Roberts and four-star defensive tackle Willie Moise).

Who are the senior prospects for booker T?

Henry Gray? Lol

Fleming/ Delaney


ChAminade Madonna?
Moise, canion

I dont Care too much for the tweet from Diaz but outside the receivers(Henderson/rosemy ) and then Dumervil/Martinez who are we missing that we NEED to have? I like Delaney so maybe him too

just because you play on a state title team doesn’t mean you should automatically play at Miami. Flawed logic, Chaney and knighton Or anyone else didn’t play on championship teams that mean they can’t play?

If we go 9-4 next year, just like if we didn't lose to pathetic FIU this year to crap the bed with two losses, we wouldn't have closed on 3 of 14.
 
I just want to know who starts at LB next year that we have seen who can fill the shoes?
That’s one area he has been in charge of for a while now
 
Something every other coach is done since golden.
We keep saying to do it like it’s just some magic trick to show up and recruit them.
Cmr was getting tip 10 classes and nationally rated kids including Sony at uga.
Everyone thinks trey can just come here and abracadabra all the kids coming.
This place is a **** bloodbath when it comes to recruiting. All the local coaches and families are bag chasing and cmr made it worse cause dudes knew he could recruit and was considered one of the best coaches in America. I can only imagine how much Campbell got as well as Jeudy. Miami keeps getting kids in the nfl cause as dmoney says “we get nfl players by accident just because of where we live.

I doubt it. Those kids just don’t trust in the coaches. If we would’ve went 9-4 this season those kids would just think it was a fluke like the 10-0 streak

lol that’s what he does. Always fantasizes with tortuous logic about why things really aren’t so bad and we should be fine. Why Rump’s recruiting isn’t that bad when the man himself publicly acknowledged he sought counseling for his poor recruiting, why 2 star 240 lb Zion Nelson can assuredly be plugged in as a solution at LT because there are a handful of similar guys with those qualities who succeeded while ignoring the fact that many hundreds of those guys fail, etc etc etc. And then gets upset along with the rest of us when the actual on field performance keeps spiraling down. I just read him for laughs.

You're literally listing off multiple D1 P5 players like what where's the misses there? Lol... Then the "just because you play on State title team doesn't mean you should automatically play at Miami" line is hilarious...

Like Brock, you know that's not the point, he's not saying every player on a local state title team should be playing at Miami, the point is that the most talented players on talented local teams aren't coming here which is an indication of Manny's failure as a recruiter.

To couch that in any other way is spinning... His misses will be glaring as time goes on.
