Man, if somebody said before the season that Rosier would throw for 3k yards, have over 20 TD's, single digit INT's, and rush for nearly 500, I'm not sure anyone would have believed it. I wouldn't have beleived it, and I was somebody who thought we could win with the guy.

Our Jackson's need to be better than theirs. We need the DL to be elite the next 2 weeks. If they dominate we can and should win both games.

We lost a game, so assuming a 12 game schedule (11 regular season, plus bowl game), he is on pace for:

245-432, 3550 yards, 29 TD, 7 INT, 365 rushing yards and 3 TD

If we get the ACCCG + a bowl:

266-468, 3846, 32 TD, 7 Int, 400 rush yards, 4 TD

For ***** and gigs, if we didn't lose that game vs ArkSt and had ACCCG and Bowl:

286-504, 4142 yards, 34 TD, 8 INT, 426 rush yards, 4 TD

Let's say 15 games...

306-540, 4438 Yards, 36 TD, 9 INT, 450 rush yards, 4 TD

Just for the record...

2016 Deshaun Watson (15 games): 4,593 yards, 41 TD, 17 INT, 629 Rush yards, 9 TD

2014 Marcus Mariota (15 Games): 4,454 yards, 42 TD, 4 INT, 770 Rush Yards, 15 TD

2013 Jameis Winston (14 Games): 4,057 yards, 40 TD, 10 INT, 219 Rush Yards, 4 TD

Basically he's on a similar pace as Jameis' 2013 Heisman season with a few less TD passes...

Wow that really is interesting...Tech has obviously played one more game than us but the QB stats are literally right on top of each other.

This would be interesting if VT didn't play an extra game. Our QB is better, and more importantly, simply doesn't know how to lose.

Awesome work!!!

First Off Jackson has played an extra game.

J. Jackson 14 of 17 TDs vs Old Dominion, ECU, Delaware , UNC, Duke

3 TDs against Clemson, WVU, BC 1 TD/game against legitimate comp.

Rosier 11 of 17 TDs vs BCU, Toledo, UNC, Duke

6 TDs vs FSU, Syracuse, GT 2 TDs/game against legit comp.

This comparison is flimsy and Rosier, as inconsistent as he has been, has outplayed Jackson by a fairly wide margin IMO.

and yet I see Jackson as being mentioned as the "difference maker" for VT, and playing "at a really high level"...you can't make this **** up.

This is what separates Rosier....

All that matters is putting it all together this weekend and executing on our drives. Rosier's number would be way better if he was accurate last week.

So, Rosier not only knows who to win, he actually has really good numbers too? Next thing you know he will be winning game with last second drives.

Rosier's numbers are great and has helped lead us to some great 4th qtr comebacks and wins. However, he needs to play much better this week then he did last week in order for us to come away with a win this week.

The raw stats are basically the same and Jackson is a 62% passer while Rosier is at 57% right now.

Your comment is super deluded.

But hopefully correct on Saturday.
