At this level of play if a player shows up lazy or lackluster I would warn them in writing have them sign it if they refuse fine they’re warned anyway if it persists GONE demoted to PINE and phased out.

It’s just hard for old school players like to whom never had free lunch and still trained like no other .

To have everything free to train and not to , I can’t be associated with weakness.

We’re training for NC no excuses NONE.
