Our fans suck.... never seen a more hypocritical fan base in my life... we lose we suck, we win and we still suck lol this site is full of grown men with yearly periods. . I'm just happy to see us win smh here's to hopefully going into our fsu game 4-0!!

Got the win which is the main thing. Although the game was rough I'm always happy to beat Nebraska and even happier we have extra time to get Quan Johnson and Dallas (yikes) some more reps to get ready for Cincy's offense. It also allows us time to get Berrios and Coley back to good health. I'd like to see a recruiting recap too though. I assume you saw that we got a 2017 Safety commit (Ross). Kid looks good. Other than that I just saw Matt Porter Retweeted a Mecole Hardman tweet saying, "Miami it's been so fun! Had a great time at #TheU !! #GoCanes ." That's definitely not a bad thing.

Lmao. Pretty accurate depiction, I think everyone who watched the game saw more cons than pros in the way we won that game. For the ones who didnt and watched im not sure what you saw that gave you a good vibe.

No mam, you're wrong. While you and others see a win as a win and are happy that we were victorious, many of the more 'realistic' fans see huge warning signs, the same signs that have sunk us for the last 4 years. Here, Mr. G&O, I'll give you a few and help you out:
- We cannot generate a pass-rush without blitzing!! This was a huge problem and it showed itself in the 4th quarter. To solve this problem, we blitzed regularly (usually some type of corner blitz) in the 4th quarter and got continually burnt. Our 4 man pass rush was almost nonexistent and we couldn't contain their QB also.
- The famous 'money' down.1. Our 3rd/4th down defense was absolutely atrocious down the stretch. Nebraska continually picked up 3rd and 4th and longs. (see my first point, we couldn't get to the QB and if we did get some disruption our ends were way too far up the field and there was no contain) 2. Do I really need to say anything about our 3rd down efficiency on offense. (3-14 is laughable)
- Our red zone offense was a joke. We settled for field goals too many times and our play calling was pretty bad in this area.
- Our D unveiled itself in the 4th quarter. Overall, our D allowed 450+ yards against a sub-par offense and gave up 30+ points. We also don't have much quality depth, specifically at the LB and safety positions. That will come to hurt us towards the end of the season.
The simple matter is that we got out-coached and outplayed in the 2nd half. They made adjustments and we didn't. You are probably one of the fans that got super excited about beating UF 2 years ago (as did I), only for them to finish 4-8. Same scenario here. Nebraska is not a good team this year, talent wise, add to that fact that they have new coaches and new systems and they're probably a .500 team. We don't 'suck' because we point out the troubling signs that have destroyed and derailed our team for the last 4 years. Many of the same problems from last year continue to exist this year and they will be exposed when we play better competition. This isn't our first rodeo.

I have been following recruiting for many years and there is only one thing that is sure, no one has a clue what an 18 year old is going to do.
I have raised children and trying to figure out what they're going to do or think sometimes is an exercise in futility.
