Did pretty good last week, came up on the FSU-South Florida and the Houston- Texas State game.....Thinking about going with Houston again on Thursday night at home, -29 against UCONN. Herman likes to run up the score (see 60 point win last week).....Took the Canes at -7.5 vs GT, and will probably take either Michigan State(-7.5) over Indiana, or Nebraska (-21) at home against Illinois for a parlay

what games you guys looking at ?

Waiting on paksat to let us know who he likes. Lost my farm and I'm now on government assistance.
Gonna bet all my food stamps on who he likes.

I like these threads, but it'll get nuked soon. They like us degenerates congregated in one thread, pinned to the top. So come join us (read: me) there.

Clickity clack.

I think Illinois covers that 21 spread. Big ten generally always has tight games.

got the canes at -7 but ****ed i didn't jump get it earlier because i think it started at -6.5. also think Michigan covers easily

If I were a gambling man I would go with:

Football - College - Point Spread

Toledo @ BYU

BYU -4.0 (-115) Sep 30, 2016 9:15 PM

Football - College - Point Spread

Memphis @ Mississippi

Mississippi -14.5 (-105) Oct 1, 2016 6:00 PM

Football - College - Point Spread

Western Michigan @ Central Michigan

Western Michigan -3.5 (-110) Oct 1, 2016 6:00 PM

Football - College - Point Spread

Missouri @ LSU

LSU -13.0 (-115) Oct 1, 2016 6:30 PM

$50.00
$601.39

Again, that's only if I were a gambling man, which I am not.

Clemson started the week as a 3 pt fav and is now a 2 pt dog vs Lou!!

Wow, big move.

Hard not to keep riding teams like Houston, even though UConn got them last year. Amazing that Mich is giving a very good Wisc team 10 1/2. I'll prob play Stanford +3 at Wash Fri night. Maybe Wash is for real, but you know what you're going to get with Stan.

I agree. Illinois has Lovie Smith coaching now and Nebraska is a dumpster fire - negative stuff in the press.

Only reason i was looking to take that game is because they lost by 24 to Western Michigan at home in their last game, and are playing away at Nebraska...might take you guys' advice tho

I got canes-7
Duke -3.5
And Lou -1.5

200 to win 1200$. Parlay

Opinions?

personally I would stay away from the Louisville game...If good Deshaun Watson and Clemson shows up, that game feels too close to call..Duke over UVA is no brainer

Who knows. Just read about NEB again and they are 3-0 w a decent QB. I may have been wrong. But I see Illinois getting slightly better under Lovie. They'll never be at the top of the BIG 10 but they may give fits to the Minnesotas and Norhtwesrens of the the conference.

I hit these, too, so obviously I dig it. But my lines were a little better, at Miami -6.5 and Louisville -1.

I didn't think Clemson looked very impressive against GT last week, especially on offense, and I have no reason not to believe in Louisville. And 21 of the points put up against them last week were in trash time, mid-to-late fourth quarter.

I think Duke is going to come back home and play with confidence after the win over ND and knock the snot out of a **** UVA team.

And I think the Canes have a (periodically) potent offense, with an aggressive and disruptive defense that should throw off GT. They can't play from behind. Diaz and Kool, plus a tried and tested Richt, I feel good. I don't like betting on the 'Canes, but I'm going to take advantage of what I perceive as a(n understandable) lack of respect from Vegas and a more reliable coaching staff.

I also hit Utah +1, but it's my least favorite. Cal's defense is trash, but their QB is good. I was tempted by BYU -4, but didn't pull the trigger.

Under no circumstances should a betting man take Stanford this weekend.
