Very few teams win every game they should. Odds are, we'll drop 1 of them somewhere. Just hope it's not VT and we still win the Coastal easily.

Word of " caution " for the degenerate crowd. The Miami vs. Carolina Blue spread has dropped several points since it opened. Should, but we should have beaten Pitt last year. That BC game on the road on a Friday night is the one that worries me the most. And no one is talking about the UVA game but we historically have not played well there and they are actually playing fairly well this year. Could be a trap game coming off of FSU. Point being, we certainly have the talent to run the table but there are no automatic wins.

Me thinks the Wise Guys think what I think.:cool: CMR will be conservative on offense once Miami gets a very comfortable lead and play the THIRD STRING in the fourth quarter. Witness the FIU victory. Just saying. So don't shoot the messenger.

It's all on CMR. He tends to get conservative with the offense once Miami opens up a sizable " lead. " As Yogi once told me... It's never over till' it's over.

Does not Perry factor in as an up grade at quarterback. Didn't you notice the running became more of weapon when they had to respect the passing game.In the future watch every aspect of a canes game and just don't focus on the high lights mackjones

Take one week at a time and looking at Miami schedule they still have lots of huge games to be played and watch out for teams like #22 Duke yes Duke they are 4-0 with a top 20 defense right now and they can score as well, At BC in a late most likely cold October night game could be tough to win at because I expect that game to be sold out and BC is a decent 3-1 team even though they had one bad game at Purdue they are no pushovers, at VT is never easy to win at and I expect them to play with fire in their veins once ACC play begins like they do every year after a humiliating wake up early season loss so watch out with this game, FSU always plays Miami tough and forget the records here I expect to see FSU play their best game of the season against us so we cannot afford to be lackadaisical, UVA is no pushover either and they have had our number many times since we joined the ACC so yeah I could see many trap games left in our schedule and nothing is ever easy especially with a horrible kicking game which we got, a true freshmen QB who could be starting soon a OL that needs to improve and well our worse enemies the refs.
