I agree to a certain extent. Dont think he needs his own recruits. Instead, get some experienced guys in here and take on more of a CEO role.

I'd say we should be content with 9-10 wins, the Coastal, and a chance at the ACCCG. That's always been Richt's M.O. The aged "This is Miami. We should be in Playoff conversations every year" crowd needs to come this realization.

I think we can at least get to a respectable level on both offense and defense but how invested is the BoT, and even more importantly Richt, on getting the team there?
