We need to consider Kelly Bryant as a QB option

For 1, he will add nothing to our offense, coach richt's offense requires an accurate passer and good decision maker, if kelly bryant couldnt run that offense properly with the amount of talent he had around him, especially with the o-line that they have, WTH do you guys think he's going to be able to do here with an o-line in the building stage.

#2, he is not the best passer and is limitec like rosier which is why he got beat out.

#3, he was the starting qb when they lost to syracuse, rosier was the starter when we won.

#4, rosier played better as a qb last year than bryant did.

1. Our OL will be better next season. And Bryant was fine in the Clemson offense. Getting your doors blown by a motivated Bama team doesn't change that.

2. He has better accuracy than Rosier. Bryant was beaten out by the #1 QB recruit in the country. He didn't get passed by some random QB prospect.

3. Bryant was knocked out of the Syracuse game with a concussion. The CFP committee deemed that loss on the 2nd team QB, and didn't penalize Clemson for it. It's why/how they finished the regular season ranked #1 in the country last season.

4. No, he didn't. Miami makes the playoffs with Bryant as the starting QB last season. Bryant is the better player/QB.

5. Agree. But being desperate doesn't automatically mean it's a bad decision.

there's a rumor that a QB named Shorty at UTEP who was a 1 star recruit is wanting to transfer. he has a glass eye and is missing a leg. I'm surprised some of the geniuses on the board haven't suggested that he would be perfect for Corch Mork's offense and that Mork Junior could work wonders with him.

Perry (strong possibility he transfers)

Weldon (strong possibility he transfers)

I really like Jarren but I would love to get a grad transfer for better comp who wont be getting suspended every other week...

and allow us to recruit a couple of fresh QBs in here behind Jarren

I still dont want him here, but to your point#2, i dont care if its the so called #1 recruit in the country, bryant should've had enuff pride to hold him off just like homer and dj has with lingard, or the receivers with pope, raise your game, he didnt, so he's searching now. Coach richt will avoid that scenario at all cost, we got enuff regular internal problems to bring him in, ill "Trust the process" this time and wait for one of our recruited qb's to develop!

With the way The QB situation at the U is unfolding, Richt should consider reaching out to Kelly Bryant. Fixing stupidity usually doesn't work. Stupid is stupid does! Both perry and weldon! We don't have a QB in the 2019 class so that leaves us with only Williams. I'm quite sure we all see the potential but still he would a redshirt freshman and you never know how is he going to work out.

Kelly bryant is a proven winner, no character issues and a solid QB. out of the options available to The U he is the one that brings the most stability to the QB position and and the program. Plus, I'm sure he would be highly motivated to stick it to clemson!
