Watch this King dime and rejoice

Pretty pass. Dropped it right in. Also think Blades played that a little off
He was beat on inside leverage by about half a step, if he had a high vert he could try to undercut it & make a jump ball pick, but because it was a good throw there wasn't much he could do besides play through the hands & attempt to try to grab Wiggins outside arm after he made the catch & hope he drops the ball, but short of a blatant PI nothing really he could do.

It was a great throw, great route, great catch.

But yall keep sleeping on our WR's...

Lashlee will have thee boys ballin with this uptempo fast paced offense.

We got plenty speed & legit 7-8 playmakers at WR, plus 3 good TE's & 3 explosive RB's, we're gonna look like a completely different team offensively than last year.

For sure! Def a pretty pass and great catch. Think swiping at that outside arm is the better option than trying to go under a swipe at the ball. Hope Blades takes a mental note it that

I think many here don’t realize what a competent OC can do regardless of skill position players. They don’t know that on the college level you don’t need all 6’4 WRs who run 4.3 to be successful

That's exactly what you'd advise him to do, when you get beat on a Post route on inside leverage the next step is to play towards the outside shoulder, play through the hands & try to basically strip the ball out of the WR's hands on the way down.

However in most cases, when you beat you beat, just take the L & move on to the next rep lol.

It happens more than fans realize, every CB gets beat in practice, even the best lockdown corners in the world get beat, I'm a Ravens fan & was watching some of the training camp clips today & James Proche (who was Lashlee's nation reception leading WR last year at SMU) beat Marcus Peters bad today in practice & Peters is legit one of the top 5 CB's in the NFL, but Proche just got him & ate his lunch.

Out of the WR knew Lashlee would put Wiggins in that Roberson role, he was big play threat for smu, he fits it so well (even rocks #8).. check the play at 1:12 mark, play action, half role, deep post.. Easy Money

Neither Proche or Roberson were ranked as high as our WR's were coming out of HS, but yet they still produced at a high level.. 🤔 hmmmm how was that possible?

Now give Lash 8 talented WR's with good speed & watch what he does with them...

Scheme matters. "Pro style bro!" killed our season last year.
