I know Walker has not been granted eligibility for the season yet. Does anyone know how he looks at practice though?

Man...what is with all the secrecy surrounding Walker. No one has been able to say why he hasn't been practicing and when you ask questions about it, you get snide remarks or cryptic replies
If you want more of both there is a previous thread about him.

“With Issiah, the waiver doesn’t really affect anything…You don’t have to have the answer to that until Sept. 11, so all the paperwork and all that we’re going through right now.”
As Diaz stated above, the Hurricanes have to just wait and see how the potential waiver for Walker will play out this season. If Walker is not granted the waiver the former four-star signee will have four seasons of eligibility beginning in 2021. Walker and Rivers project to be the bookend tackles for Miami in the future.

Life might be good for Miami. We've got four players in the two deep on the OL that are first or second year players with projected future starters at RT and LG not being forced into duty quite yet, but should see plenty of snaps that will bode beneficial in the future.

Jakai Clark and Zion Nelson in a bit of a demotion, but an important year to two players that have upside no matter how bad last year was for them. This year, they will be in far less pressure situations as they were last year. In a reduced snap count, I think we can see some positive development for those two players. It can't get worse for Nelson.

This little group of first and second year linemen PLUS the haul we are bringing in next year is a nice foundation moving into year three and four for Diaz.
