Last year KC Concepion left to tamu and was 1st rounder, Brandon Cisse was a 2nd rounder after transfer to USCe, Tamarcus Cooley to LSU, Bishop Fitzgerald to USCw..

Thats wayy too much talent for a program to lose, you will not replace that level of talent for a team like NCST.. They have been gutted and seem content with what is happening.. They were never elite but that had a decent program.. Now a NIL portal carcass to get picked..

I didn't notice a talent gap on the field yesterday. NCState wasn't prepared well and got out coached.

I didn't notice a talent gap on the field yesterday. NCState wasn't prepared well and got out coached.

Defensively they looked lost. Like they had zero clue Pribula was gonna run any chance he got. They ran that QB power at will yesterday. And NCST didn’t do a **** thing to stop it or adjust to it.

Are you saying impact players dont make a difference if there is no talent gap? I dont get what that means compared to players that were there not being there anymore.. Its not 1 or two guys.. lol.. Losing 6 of front 7 would change dynamic of every team in nation before you get to x and o's.

Yea they are getting KILLED online because of comments they didnt know Pribula would run that much, lol.. Corches must of not had them prepared at all..

I'm saying talent isn't the reason NCState lost the game against Virginia on Saturday.

I'm saying if you switch head coaches, the team coached by Tony Elliot and his staff would win.

This has been their MO for a while. Even before the portal. If you have a roster full of 23 year olds with five years in a college weight room, you’ll be at the very least, stronger and more mature than most teams you face. It can’t completely make up for a lack of talent but if you have two teams with mediocre talent matching up and one of them is full of grown men, that team has a good advantage.
 
teams will scheme him out now and he'll have to pass... NC state coach should be fired for being surprised by his game... did they watch any film on him at all????

Yes, this has helped BYU since they started playing football - having grown men who are physically and mentally matured. Many of them married with kids.
UVA has a similar model, particularly focusing on portal candidates who are academically inclined, usually coming from good schools, and eager for playing time in addition to a little money. But it isn't about money, exclusively.

This has been the case for his whole career. He comes out the blocks week one and has a bunch of highlight reel runs. Then teams just stop worrying about him throwing the ball and he eventually gets injured.

If they play like they did against NCSU he’ll almost certainly get injured at some point.

They should plow over their next several opponents but I’ll be curious to see how they handle the rest of their conference schedule, particularly the second half of the season.
