SEC bias is real, totally corrupt. Texas is hot garbage and they got ranked high for a while too.
With a Vandy win they climb to #10, LSU drops to #11

LSU has a really good Defense, but just like every Brian Kelly team, cannot get the Offense right.
Joe Sloan runs that ****** Skip Holtz/Todd Fitch Offense & it's completely neutralized their speed & talent.
LSU's remaining schedule is absolutely BRUTAL. They got Vandy, TAMU, Bama & Oklahoma. If they don't fix that Offense they could easily lose at least 3 out of those 4. I'd guess they split 2 games, but "Big Game" Brian Kelly is always gonna leave his teams in limbo of getting close but never close enough.
On paper, they have arguably the most talented roster in the SEC, but due to porous Coaching, they're likely gonna finish 9-3, or 8-4.
Which could open the door for a potential Brian Kelly firing. Which would be glorious.

You might not, but the Boosters will.
LSU is a program that has prestige & championship pedigree.
They're not Penn ST, or TAMU, or Oregon, or some other school that spends big but never wins anything. They know & have seen in real modern time what it looks like to win a Natty & how to get there.
They've won with Saban, Les Miles & Ed Orgeron, so simply winning a few games here & there, or being a borderline playoff team is not enough. Their standards aren't going to allow for a dude like Brian Kelly to get away with driving them into the fast lane of mediocrity.
Money isn't an issue either; they have no problem with paying that $53 million dollar buyout in order to get rid of him if he continues to not deliver.

You cannot drop LSU any lower than that. Their only losses are to two top 10 teams in Ole Miss and Vanderbilt. And if you don't think Ole Miss and Vanderbilt should be top 10 then you're crazy because they both beat #11 LSU.
Most talented ? 8-4? Sounds like Kelly is a corch like Golden
