Was at an obb live event and had two former UM qbs (Collins, Rosier) preferred being in the gun and said they could see the safeties and the field better. (I was asked my opinion on the matter but figured I would wait till tonight with the opportune firepower)

Random facts

Apparently it's Enos (in os) not (een os)
Rosier is working with the UM scouting department
I like ham and cheese
And I had one too many ****tails. 👍

As with all your reporting - succinct - and dead-nuts-on honesty.

If you recall Butch back in the day did not want to use the shotgun either. His excuse was the center could snap the ball over the QBs head. Use to drive me nuts.

And then he assembled the greatest team ever.... you forgot that part..

Well, that does happen. I'd say its worth the gamble to cause a little confusion.

If you were to ask every quarterback on the current roster, off the record, they'd all say shotgun too. Jarren even said he hadn't taken snaps under center since he was 6 years old. Go to any high school football game. None of those kids are playing under center unless they play in a triple option or wing T type of offense. It makes everything easier for the quarterback.

Lol, gotta get scouting on par with corching as among worst in the ACC. Good move UM all the stars are aligning now

Yup. When you recruit like he did eventually you can have the QB stand on his head to take the snap lmao

I'd be drunk, too. The closer you get to the program, the more intoxicated you have to be to survive.

I’m under the briefly that we just hire dumb coaches!!! Sure we have some gaps but 17-12 at home gaps against cmu. Yet another coach who coaches to his strength and not the players! #typicalUM
