What about somebody like Mike Gundy?

Mike is a good offensive mind and a step up from where we are but even a bigger step up from where we are is needed. As an aside, Mike Leach just out coached the MSM's favorite, David Shaw and took down Stanford in the last minute of play.

Leach even though a lawyer of course does not meet the U's standard of deportment, persona, charm, and grace. The favored profile is more like the preppy look of Golden and if unavailable, then The Reverend figure will do.

What a long, tortuous ride it has been since 2002/2003 with no end in sight and progressively degenerating.

This x 10000000000

No more politicans as HCs. This is a realistic possibility (salary wise). We need pure footbal guy. A X and O guy who puts our talented players in the best position to win battles. We need an innovator!
DINO, DINO,DINO.... Yep, he's the real deal, look what he did at BGSU and now at CUSE.

I think we can win with Richt....but we need to make changes on the offensive staff, and special teams.

Get an innovative OC in here who runs a modern college offense that works with the types of athletes we recruit, and get a better offensive line coach.

hard to believe that Richt will not make some changes in his staff. He cannot have forgotten everything
if james puts on the pressure ask for more $$$$ for a better staff. we need a ST coach, OC & Oline coach
+ a new approach at S &C...... we got pushed around on both sides of LOS again

Stoops and leaving UK. He’s figured out a model to keep them competive in the best conference in college football .... And he’ll never get grief for not winning the conference.

Too many Miami fans would want him fired if he didn’t win the Coastal by year 2.

Plus ... He’s already making $4 million a year. Same money, less pressure, better conference. Why leave Lexington?

Leach and Babers are actually realistic candidates if we ever made a move. As are Josh Heupel and Lane Kiffin.

I lean more towards the latter candidates ... Assuming Kiffin gets FAU back on track and Huepel continues to keep UCF relevant.
