Tyler is down to 1 game

His career at Miami should be over now even if Miami somehow beat FSU he woule lay a egg the last few games. Bench him now so he transfers and don't come back next year

Gino lost in Tallahassee in 1989 playing for injured Craig Erickson and Dorsey’s first start was Rutgers in 1999, which he won 55-0… he was thrown into the fire against Virginia Tech when Kenny Kelly went down, so the sentiment here isn’t what you think it is.
It’s not that different either. One could argue that TVD’s brain is broken so Emory needs to fill in out of necessity. Is it ideal? No, but to insinuate that Emory couldn’t gain something through perseverance in this type of situation the way those QBs did (not saying you are) might be a little too presumptuous.

It’s more of a certainty at this point that playing TVD is team suicide.

Once I found out Van Dyke has a foot fetish I started to sour on him. That was 2 years ago.

Honestly though… is it worth rolling out Emory at this point? Let him redshirt so he has 4 more years after this season. One more snap and he loses a year of eligibility. What are we even playing for at this point?
Pride. Wins. Recruiting.

If Williams is any good he won't be here as a 5th year Senior. If he isn't then great, he's wasting a scholarship as a 23 year old.

Burn the redshirt and try to win bloody football games now.

Okay, TVD starts the rest of the year. Cristobal knows if we go to Emory, Van Dyke's career is over. If VD starts, we go 6-6 or 7-5. If Emory starts, we go 6-6 or 7-5. I think Mario doesn't want to be the guy to do that to Tyler. The kid is coming back his senior season, so I think TVD will hit the portal and transfer to "start over and change things up". I think he is the issue through coaching staff changes, schemes, and play execution. He is the one and most important person that ties it all together.
