My comment had nothing to do with Tucker. There's a huge lack of trust in the media. Normal people see that as a problem. All I'm saying is that a news channel telling objective truth without spin would dominate the market.

So which one would really be in the running to become the teller of truth because...all I see is propaganda outlets.

bizarre as it sounds, i rely on local tv news more than i ever have before. the national tv media outlets are beholden to their advertisers, newspapers are too underfunded, and the typical person does not have the attention span for in-depth truth telling. everyone likes a bumper sticker headline and a rooting interest.

NO there isn't there's a vacuum on the right side of the equation. In the beginning the right leaning media starting with Fox were actually reporting on **** to unveil the bull**** peddled by the left wing as truth when it turns out it was all lies.

Now they are CNN lite moving to MSDNC territory. You don't even understand the subject you're commenting on.

How did you manage to take what I said as anything other than there is no purely objective news source?

I'd agree with that roughly. I think once the old man lessened his grip, his liberal marxist children wanted to get invited to all the good democrat orgy parties and therefore they started to allow more left leaning influence BEHIND the scenes to take over. You can have Conservative voices there, but if you control the content, it neuters them.

How did you manage to take what I said as anything other than a counter to the "middle" because inevitably, it leads to becoming more left-leaning by default and therefore ISN'T Objective any longer now is it?

That goes back to Elon's Musk's graphic about how he was in the middle, but is now considered right because the left went WAY further left. The right has Fox, Newsmax, and OAN. It's not like there isn't any sources even though the left vastly outnumbers them.

How many objective news sources are there? Ones that don't proselytize or sell every weather event as climate change.

I've heard "some" talk about a 1440 news service, but I've never investigated it.
There is one cable channel that only reports news headlines from what I know. But every other from what I see, has a news show then tons of opinion shows.
