It's no coincidence that our resurgence and better play comes as we finally start playing better in the trenches. It's not **** and doesnt always show up on the stat sheets, but that's how you win games. A good O-Line makes the QB and running back look better. A good D-Line lets the Linebackers and d-backs make plays like you saw on Sat.

Better recruiting in the trenches lately, better S&C, but I think some major props need to go to Coach Kug and Coach Searels for their performance.

To me it starts with the DT's. The DT's are the key to any defense, and so on......Love the consistency of McIntosh and Norton( sounds like a law firm). Hope at least one of them stays for their senior year.
 
The O is finally becoming comfortable with what they are doing, to the point where they are comfortable introducing new wrinkles. That's really, really big. Moving forward, teams won't know what's coming at them.
