Would be thrilled with him as our 3rd guy, and would be fine with us only taking 3. Big time ceiling.

My thoughts exactly. I think 3 is the number at WR, and adding Moore to what we've got in the boat would be awesome.

He hasn’t visited us since last year so it’s to be expected we fell behind. We can catchup.

Still, getting players outta Texas is a tuff task. In 2025, only, 26%, 13 outta the top 50, composite recruits signed with a non in-state or non-bordering state (OU, LSU, Arkansas) school.

Colorado, in a Texas-led BIG12, had three. Nebraska one. Alabama one. Oregon three. Ohio State two. Michigan had three.

In 2026, Colorado had one, Arizona had two, Arizona State had two, UNC had one, Duke had two, UGA had one, Michigan had two, Stanford had one, ND two, UF two, OSU one, Oregon two, Ole Miss one, Washington one, and USC two. In total 23 outta 50 or 46%.

In 2024, it was 20 outta 50 or 40%.

What I takeaway from this is that getting three top fifty players from Texas is a remarkable feat. Two is still astounding. One is worthy of a celebration. In the aggregate, they do leave; however, where they leave to is just so **** spread out in the p4.

TCU/Baylor/LSU/OU/UT/A&M/TT/SMU/UHouston are formidable.
