They're just using the rankings from high school. I thought they were going to update rankings for these players based on future outlook and what they have already proven.

They have their recruiting number but I think they’re just listed most recent entry first.
 
A lot more players than I thought . Might be some more names popping up with the way Manny is working

Penn State and Virginia Tech with like 10 players transferring that’s wild
