1.)Cam Ward-Has to be #1. He is one player Miami cant afford to lose still get to 10 wins. Best player at most important position.

2.)Jalen Rivers-One of best OL not only in ACC, but in the country. Can play all positions on the OL. In 1st season at LT was All ACC 2nd team.

3.)Rueben Bain-Freshman AA, ACC defensive rookie of the year.

4.)Xavier Restrepo-1st team All ACC, best slot WR in country. 1,000 yard WR.

5.)Damien Martinez-Almost 1,200 yards rushing, 1st team Pac 12

6.)Fransisco Mauigoa-2nd team All ACC LB. 84 tackles/18 TFL/7.5 sacks tied for team lead

7.)Anez Cooper-One of best guards in ACC. honorable mention All ACC in 2023.

8.)Ahkeem Mesidor. Missed last year with injury, was All Acc performer in 2022 with 38 tackles/10.5 TFL/7 sacks. Was freshman AA at WVU.

9.)Tyler Barron-One of top pass rushers in SEC in 2023.

10.)Francis Mauigoa-Freshman AA OL.

11.)Jacolby George-3rd team All ACC had 864 yards receiving and 8 TD's.

12.)Sam Brown-Honorable mention all Big 12 with over 800 Receiving yards.

13.)Meesh Powell-Led Washington in INTs last season, versatile DB

14.)Mark Fletcher-over 500 yards rushing as a True freshman.

15.)Simeon Barrow-Honorable mention All Big 10 last 2 seasons.

16.)Elijah Alston-All Conference USA DE. One of top pass rushers returning per PFF.

17.)Daryl Porter Jr.- One of the better returninh ACC CB's.

18.)Elijah Arroyo-Bigtime talent marred by injuries. Expected to have big impact in 2024. Would be much higher if not for the injuries.

A kicker in college in general is more important than a 3rd string lineman. But one as good as this kid? Sheeeet. Obviously I hope we don’t see a ton of him except for kicking 1’s thru the pipes and not 3’s, but we’re going to need a big field goal this year and that kid is ******* nails.
 
1. The random "rankings" list remains firmly among the easiest ways to generate site traffic and clicks.
2. These lists seem to become more prevalent during the dog days of summer.
3. This list further confirms David Lake doesn't know much about football.

Its a David Lake IMO article.. he wears eyeshadow what the **** do you expect? Guy don't know jack ****e about football. Stock and Gaby at least know the ins and outs.

Absent a catastrophe Emory Williams will redshirt in 2024, but Lake's got him in the early 30s (I don't remember the exact number - maybe 31- but I'm not giving the article any more clicks). Putrid.

How exactly do you rank a player straight out of high school who hasn't even participated in a single practice yet? And especially how do you rank them above Borregales, who we all know is a key piece to the puzzle?

They’ve been putting the punter and kicker at 49 and 50 customarily . Point taken though. Borregales value is much higher.
