Today was as good as we've seen since Tally 2009.

I have no beef at all about today's coaching performance.

Except for the Sonny thing our kids looked prepared and aggressive especially our DB's.

I'd still like to see a little better return game but the team looked great today!

We covered again too.

Edit: One of my sources said Al has taken a significant role in the defensive play calling and gameplan for the last 3 games. So whoever posted that thread before was right.

Tally 09 took a dropped ball by FSU in the end zone to secure a win. That FSU team had 6 losses that year. They had 400 yds of offense and scored 34 points that game. I will have to disagree with the OP.

it was a battle of mediocre teams, and we were less mediocre, but a win in tallahassee is a win in tallahassee no matter how good or bad the noles are.

I'm with you all the way. That wasn't the OPs point though. Today's game was a blowout, dominant performance and in no way resembles the game in Tally of 09.

It was the best that my eyes have seen the Canes play since Tally 2009. Metrics be damned. I know what I saw then and I know what I saw today.

I go by what I see on the field. The numbers rarely tell the whole story. Even I admit that.

If all you did was look at the box scores you would be mad at Kaaya for the fumble TD, or think that Dorsett dropped a ball. If you watched the game you know it was something else entirely. Same with Tally in 09. If you watched the game you saw some kids play their asses off.

Thanks for your 2 bits though.
