The **** that gets me is that season after season the majority of you ***aloons either defended or blew Brandy, Folden, Richt from the very beginning.

Even after ample evidence the majority of CiS porsters were in denial about the **** show staffs that were in control of our hollowed football program.

Finally, after epic beat downs and multiple embarrassing losses taken by the aforementioned corches, did the majority of you see the light.

But now all of a sudden you wanna see the results on the field first? This is the height of hypocrisy. Give Manolo the same backing and confidence that you gave the previous 3 stooges (Larry, Curly and Moe). This is the very least that the man deserves.

He’s already shown more balls in the first couple of months than the last four coaches combined.

That’s real talk for all you annoying Brainy Smurf imitators.

I don't know who tf you're talking to, but the situation you describe isn't hypocrisy, it's just being slow to catch on. I mean, what's your point here? So they didn't catch on with the other guys until late, so they have to go 100 from the start with Manny? You can't make fun of people for being all rah rah in the past, then blast them for not being rah rah now. That's just hypocrisy.

What I think is interesting is that you're sure it's the same people. I for one am behind Manny and love what he's doing right now, but I'm being honest about what I need to see from him. And what I need to see from him will or will not happen during the season. BUT. I was also cautious in my optimism about the last 3 coaches.

So my question is: why are you so sure it's the same people who blew the last 3 coaches after years of mediocrity who are now cautious about Manny.

I wasn’t cautiously optimistic about any of our last 3 corches. I had bad feelings about all 3 of them from the start. They had no inherent traits or previous history of being savages. In fact, it was just the opposite. The warning signs weee there. Then even through horrible losses, the excuses kept rolling in from the blind hordes.

Manny has shown signs as our DC of being a savage, and now as our HC he’s going full on Expert Savage Mode. My money is on him proving it on the field and then some.

I didn't say you were making it personal, I asked how you know that it's the same people. CIS is absolutely a place that will say several contradictory things. What I've come to realize is that because there are so many people here, there are people who believe every single thing. There's dudes who think Richt failed because he was too religious, too old, too checked out, too tied to his offense, unwilling to play underclassmen, too white, too loyal. And that's just half the stuff he was too much of, there's another list of things he wasn't enough of.

I can't disagree with what you're saying about warning signs...they were there. But the thing is, they's a thin line between reasons and excuses. al had legit sht to deal with. He did have to play too many FR, and the cloud did mess us up. It took a few years for most of us to be sure it wasn't just that, that he was just incapable of winning. Same with Richt...he deserved a few years to be sure if he could do it or not.

Fck it. I'm just saying, there are a lot of people who are cautiously optimistic about Manny. And I think demanding for more than that from them, is silly. Just sit back and bask in the knowledge that you will have enjoyed the Manny era for longer than I did.
