It is going around that the offensive line coach for Alabama, whose most recent head coaching experience in South Florida includes being fired by FIU and having a season-high win total of 8, is now the leading candidate to fill Miami's head coaching vacancy.

The Banner boys are scrambling their planes as we speak to deliver a scathing attack in the skies against Mario as soon as possible. Our program's head is in the guillotine and Blake is about to pull the lever.

If Cristobal isn't the top candidate, then it's probably some other nightmare option like Chud. Neither are acceptable. Neither should even be in the running. No other program is going to express interest in either of them, but they're the two most talked-about names for this vacancy simply because they played here.

Your assumption that Cristobal won't be or isn't already a top candidate gives the benefit of the doubt to people that lost that benefit after 3 horrible hires. It also extends a courtesy to Cristobal that he lost after he bolted from here irrespective of his horrible head coaching resume.

Yep. Just like the banners against Folden were dumb and a waste because UM wasn't going to fire him during the season. Give the guys who spearheaded Folden's ouster a fcking break. You should be rubbing their feet instead of criticizing them.

I said nothing about the golden banners. In fact I donated to one of them. So don't pull that switch on me.
