what's up with the kick coverage and kick return teams?

Feagles doesn't need a pass. Dude is kicking great as a true freshman. How many has he put down inside the opponents' 20 yard line?

Feagles had a solid game Saturday. He's a freshman and hasn't hurt us yet

Glad badgley missed when it didn't matter, he's good and will bounce back

There's a lot of punt returns where gunners are allowed free paths to the punt returner. Not really sure of the philosophy unless its to avoid penalties. Would love to hear from someone who knows a thing or two about special teams
 
The only time Feagles gets off a good punt is when he kicks the ball with his shin and it rolls inside the 10.

Berrios fair caught a couple of punts where he had room to work and JT4 definitely leaves something to be desired.

When's the last time we housed a KR/PR without laterals (thank you Duke '15)
 
Special teams are mediocre because we only have like 69 healthy schollie players. Those missing players help form the core of your special teams units. now we're asking tired starters to make an extra 30 special teams plays on top of their already heavy workloads. We might even have an unspoken rule to take it easy on special teams to minimize injury and keep players fresh.
 
feagles has been awful--the ball has to roll 15 yards for him to get inside the 10 and has no hang time. i could take less distance and more hang time but hes got no distance no hangtime
