Did Duke get 4 timeouts in the second half? They burned 1 on their own drive at the end on 4th down. Then they called 1 when miami had the ball. When UM lined up the refs allowed the clock to run with the play clock. I think the clock should start at the snap after a timout. Right? So I think that was a bad call, but good for Miami so I'll take it. Then they used 2 more when UM had the ball.
