I watched the Hurricanes up close since 1960. I saw our program almost shutdown. I've seen stars like Ted Hendrick and George Mira plus the loaded teams of the 80's. The 1986, 2000 and 2001 teams were loaded with talent BUT this team might be even better. Never thought I'd see the equal of the 2001 Canes and perhaps 2001 was better defensively but no team was as talented offensively as this team. I am not putting down this defense as they have not been tested since the offense dominates, they have the potential to be GOAT talent wise. Enjoy it folks, don't miss a game as talent like this is fleeting and can be a once in a lifetime experience. Even our great teams needed some LUCK once in a while, fear not though, this depth of talent will prevail without luck. (Talking BC game 2001) Don't look back and say could've, would've watched. This is an incredible conglomerate of exceptional talent, be there or be square. :hh9beelfgeoezuwg.jpg:

I don't go back that far, but I have watched a lot of Canes football, going back to Jim Kelly. He is probably still the best pure passer in Miami football history, but I don't think I've seen a more dynamic QB in the orange and green than Cam Ward. Vinny is the closest comparison, but this guy duplicates Vinny's best moments multiple times in each game. The 1985-86 Canes also weren't putting up 50 points on teams like USF.
