This is the one thing I'm taking away from this victory. Offense was atrocious but the defense never stopped putting in the effort and played so hard.

Lots of problems on offense but this victory showed me that the players respect this staff and are willing to fight for them and that's huge.

Also, Camden Price has been the best kicker in practice all year long and glad he's over his suspension and can take the position.

I personally am seeing improvement in the offensive line.

Jarren showed more pocket presence as well and had more zip on the ball as well.

Hopefully DJ is healthy and JT will come in as his former self for FSU.

On a side note, how dumb was if for Hightower to leave mid season? Dude dropped balls all year and then doesn't even finish it out... Wasted time he can't get back.

You think THAT looked like max effort? The fact we can sleepwalk through games is a testament to how poor the ACC coastal is. We don't fight for every ball like we need to catch it and fly to every ball carrier to save every yard possible on D. We are just flat out better than these other teams with horrifyingly bad coRching
 
I say, KEEP UP WITH THE NEGATIVITY! Because it seems the Hurricanes and Diaz and the staff are using these negative vibes as inner motivation. hUh.

Nevertheless, give credit where credit is do. Miami was in CRITICAL MODE and approaching the FLAT LINE regarding the season, but some how found a way to win that tight ball game.
