Although we have one more loss than the 2000 team, this year's group feels a lot like what happened with Butch.
From Butch's naturally bad game day coaching continuing to improve to the players getting sick of improving but losing costly games and having leaders emerge like Malachi, Pringle and Fitz, I actually believe that next year, the players will have that anger that Ed, Jaoquin and the gang had and at the very least win this traitorous and self-imploding conference.
The future is bright and long term will hopefully be in another conference, but until then, let's win this thing next year on our way out - and with this foundation, I believe we will.
