This Isn't Richt's Fault

If your players cant execute what you call. It's your job to change what you do to show their strengths. Why would you run the same shaft if they cant execute it on a consistant basis?
This is so true. Players first, then plays. If the players can't execute what you're trying to do, maybe find what they CAN do. Or, imagine this, coach them up so they can.

Or maybe your teaching method is absolute ****. I refuse to believe these kids can't learn the concepts of this antequated offense.

I am by no means a Richt apologizer but every interview since the loss where he referenced a lack of execution, he did squarely put the blame on the coaches, as he should. At this level all the guys should be serviceable, it takes the correct coach to maximize potential and get his soldiers to go to battle, so to speak.

He is ****ting the bed but he has been saying its a coaching issue... setting up for quite an offseason of changes.

You will kiss it! And you will like it and ask for more!!!!

Finding out wat da players can do is a good idea, but when the Oline GuYsMS can't run block or pass protect, it's kinda tough.

So who recruited them. If they are not capable poor evaluation of talent. Who's coaching them. If they are capable poor coaching. I think combination of both
