Stop doing the same **** yall did to try to kick Golden’s can down the road. We arent an OC away from being a playoff team.

-special teams—worst I have ever seen at UM. Been that way for 3 years and Richt just allows it.

-OL—one of the worst OL units I have ever seen at UM. Been that way for over a decade; Richt hasnt fixed it.

-QBs are clueless, lost, and turnover machines. Havent had good QB play here since Brock, and Richt hasnt fixed that.

-we dont tackle. we cant stop anyone without turnovers. this is NOT a recipe for sustained success. same thing we saw last year: some games we are the 85 bears, other games we struggle to get any stops. Gregg Williams comes to mind.

You are fooling yourself if you think this team is an OC away. Fire the head man, suck it up and move on. We have been down this road and giving more years to a clearly failing coach makes things worse.

I'm pretty sure 99% of the people here have been saying that we need a new OC, QB coach, OL coach, and ST coach.

There's a lot of truth to this. Richt is making a lot of bad decisions not just as oc but as head coach:

1. Not addressing special teams after last year was straight up incompetence.
2. His handling of the qb position has been as bad as possible.
3. He has been consistently wrong on when to bench his qbs and play the backup.
4. He's made questionable and bad in game decisions repeatedly: not calling timeout last night for a hail mary before the half, not running hurry up offense at the end of the game when time was limited, accepting a holding call late in the game that gave bc an extra play and allowed them to run off more time when time was our greatest enemy, there are many more.
5. Hiring inexperienced and questionable staff members.
6. Reluctance to make changes to the staff

Yup, for as bad as he is as a playcaller it's him as HC that's our biggest problem.

No OC in the world can overcome all the fvck ups he's had here.
