Yeah. His name is Terry Porter. The guy was a lifelong Buckeye fan, and was known for his cheating ways. Earlier that season he had preserved Taint’s perfect record by making another controversial call in the OSU/Penn State game. He cheated in that game too, and ensured that Taint got in the title game.

Then he threw the most bogus flag in the history of sports championship games.

He’s been interviewed about it, and says that he has no remorse. That he would do it again. Guy is a cheater, and major scumbag.

The NCAA also was in on it. This guy should’ve never been on the field that night. The fix was in.

Neither did I. That whole thing stunk to high heaven and personally I'm surprised that it wasn't investigated. Well actually I'm not surprised. Anyway if there were ever a situation where the shady circumstances surrounding a controversial call that decided a national title should be thoroughly investigated with the result being a program having their tainted national title vacated, this is most certainly it.
