Teams are playing with 2 safeties deep again. It renders Tua ineffective. It’s also affecting Mahomes because teams are playing him like that as well. All of Tua’s yards came from screens and passes behind the LOS.
What drives me crazy is we don’t address the O-line in free agency nor via the draft. Also we don’t give importance to signing a good back up QB. Love Teddy Bridgewater but he was pathetic and going into the season with Skylar as the back up is also parhetic.
We’re a finesse team and the defense is soft. Seems like we can’t nail a defensive coordinator hire. We look like a 8-9 win team. There was also a story on how McDaniels is letting the players run the team and be a big part of making huge decisions on game planning and that’s going to backfire. Too much of a player’s coach.
Also Armstead is always ******* injured we should’ve moved on from him.
