Even if by a miracle we don't end up getting thrashed in the second half, it's clear to anybody with a clue that this passive bull**** will never win a title or anything of note here.
 
It's tough covering a kid like Abdullah. He's a top 5 back in the NCAA. I give the team credit...HOWEVER, what's frustrating me is the fact that our DBs are not getting any ints!!! This is indicative of this soft crap we run. Far and wide, this D is way better than last yr, but this gap hold by the DTs and 10yrds off WRs gotta go!!

is the sytem
 
Defense plays tentative,scared. playing soft,keeping everything infront of them hoping for the other team to make a mistake instead of playing aggressive and forcing the other team into mistakes.

^^^^ This!! Spot on! We play laterally instead of down field and that's on all levels of our D. B/c of that, it allows teams to dictate instead of us dictating the flow.

What just happened w Armbrister is a prime example...instead of him blowing up Abdullah since he was behind the line and attacking the QB, he played passive to Abdullah and then went after the QB late allowing a 3rd down conversion.
 
It's hopeless at the moment. Golden's tenure here will be determined by whether or not he he has the gall to make the necessary changed
