As sure as an Atlantic hurricane eventually turns North, this board makes the unofficial turn from mopes and sunshine pumpers to ‘fly the banners’. We saw it thru Shannon, Golden and Manny.

There comes that moment when the slurpers finally can’t run from the reality they’ve tried to suppress discussion of. Where peaking behind the win loss column and taking more than a shallow dive reveals the truth many have known all along.

Have we reached that place with Mario? Can truth finally be discussed openly and honestly? Are we all mopes brotherhood now with the common bond of our suffering??

Only until a fresh batch of lies surface in February. Once "people in the building" start putting out the talking points we will again win another off season championship.

Absolutely not.

You have insiders that have been told to shut up about the state of affairs, you have threats of media access revoked if they speak poorly about the program. You have false narratives shoved down our throat every offseason, and if you disagree, you’re thrown into the gulag.

I’d rather go 6-6 every year rather than be told what to say and when, while still going 8-4/9-3 and being a national laughingstock.

I made a comment on a post after the Louisville game about a sub group of "fans" that "is unsatisfied with anything less than complete and total annihilation of every single opponent each week." They are The Faction.


Considering our history since 2003, I get this stupidity after an uninspired loss to a team we should've beat. However, I'm seeing these creatures come out again this morning after a 42-7 win over Stanford. Yes, I saw the first half. Yes, it was uninspired (again) Yes, I get the PTSD...
