These guys love Manny man

Well said, OP. I thought it was awesome how Jarren immediately dashed for the ball when the game ended, but then rather than keeping it he ran right over and gave the game ball to Manny. That was a really cool moment. Our team needed this bad.

Pretty sure Jarren sprinted to give Manny the game ball when we took the final knee too. I don't think anyone wants Manny to fail in the same way that everyone wanted Randy Shannon to be the guy to bring us back. I hope he is able to make the changes this offseason that he needs in order to keep improving.

Cant get mad at this it was not only a win it was a good win vs fsu even though they suck. Ill enjoy it as much as the players will. Nothing wrong with watching the semenoles suffer.

Your head isn’t right if you start your post with “can’t get mad at this”

Why would you want to get mad at this? No matter what happens the rest of the season, before or after, you always make time to be happy about beating FSU.

Reason being is cause I have a firm belief that the guy in charge will be another fired guy in a few years. If I think that and it stunts our "rebuild" then I have no hope.

And I'm happy and am happy we beat fsu I was loving what we did to them.

I get it though I shouldn't of used can't get mad at.....it's like a saying but can't hear that through texts. I can see where it would read the wrong way

Great to see. I've been thinking for a while that confidence has been the biggest issue with the squad. Crossing my fingers that we go on a run to close the season and build momentum into the offseason.
Sounds simple, but with a new coach and offensive system, it takes success to breed confidence in what the coaches are preaching. Had we won our first game over UF, we might have seen it sooner, but I’m glad it finally showed up. And against FSU of all teams!

If the OL and defense continue at the rate they showed Saturday we win out and win by 14+ every game

Underrated post.

Confidence is an issue.

That is why it is so important to do your best to fit the strategy to what your players do well and get momentum going IN PRACTICE.

This is the difference between us and teams that get young players really rolling early.

In a season that’s been disappointing at various points I must Say it’s always great to get a fsu win that’s for **** sure. I Haven’t seen Miami beat FSU like that in a long time and wasn’t really old enough to appreciate that win either since I just started watching football at a young age in that 49-27 win in the 2001 or so

IT WAS EPIC!!!!!!!

Especially if you were unfortunate enough to have to witness the ‘97 game. Dark days.

2000 was even better. My single happiest moment as a Cane fan was when Shockey broke loose for the go ahead score to end the losing streak. We hadn’t beat them fools since ‘94.
