What two weeks it has been! The true definition of the roller coaster of emotions .. from hopeless to hope.. from sadness to light.. from we “fu#&#ed” to we “fu#$#ing”

It is to early to predict anything and it is to early to “we back”... but danm!! It feels great again, the energy around th program is the right one, there is excitement, swag, reality, rationality,

It has not feel like that in 15 years!

Rationality tells me this time is for real! We are making the right moves, hiring the right people and perhaps we finally have the total support of the school.

The two weeks of the U PHOENIX

FROM

LSU
4 game losing streak
Offense - the nightmare - QB mismanagement - sense of hopelessness
Nepotism and failure to address issues
Toxicity takes over
Manolo leaves - amateur move to promote Banda/Patke to DC - umbelivaible
JT leaves - Jarren to transfer
Di-commitments begin
Wisconsin humiliation
Everyone Di-Commited
Worst recruiting class in recent memory
We reached **** for good
Oblivion

TO

Coach retires - leaving 3/4 years 16mills on the table- a miracle now days - whateve the story is- show class - comend him for that
Oblivion again for a couple of hours
Manolo gets the job
Little back door opens in the state of ****
The entire incompetent O coaching staff is shown the door
Savagery and balls start to making an entrance
Well there is little light
Toxicity leaves and good vibes takes over
It is exciting
Great hires are made .. yes love the DC, yes love the recruiting potential of he RB coach and YES LOVE the OC hire
Took the OC from Bama/UGA.. **** yes..feels great ..tired of being in the losing side of recruiting against those two
Most jump on Manolo’s train
Suddenly everyone in the country wants to transfer here
We get great players via transfer
JT maybe back
AH!!! there is a great energy
From we can’t sign a QB to all great QBs showing interest
We found the ligh and we are on the way there

To be continued.....

But we are 100% back from the death

Some of y’all are so full of ****. We heard about the same excitement when Richt was hired. Then we heard it again when we curb stomped VT and ND last year.

I’m just as happy as the next dude, but I would be lying if I pretended this is the first time in 15 years I was excited about the Canes.

Let’s see how long we can maintain it this time

I was furious at the Mork hire. I also was not excited about ND or VT because I saw the FSU and GT games. I also knew ND was overated af as usual. I actually am pretty excited for the Manny era. I don't think he will bring us NCs, but I think he will bring the program back to national relevancy.

You are blind if don’t see at least the quality of the hires better then previous regimes...

Your point is your point .. I am on the optimistic side of the momentum ..you clearly are on the other side.. the life long pesimists

I literally said “I’m as happy as the next guy”. I renewed my season tickets. I’m pumped as ****. My point was it’s not the first time the fan base has been pumped in the last 15 years like half these people are claiming.

While I too am ecstatic and excited about Manny as HC and the most recent hiring so far of an offensive staff plus S&C Coach, to me it’s WAY too early to say or think Miami is preverbally “back”. I say this because we’ve been down this road of excitement and energy for the program, only for it to be short-live. What we need from the staff plus Manny is the ability to go say, 10-2 in the regular season, with one of those losses being Clemson in the ACCCG but not by the wisest of margins. And for the squad to win their NY6 bowl game, in somewhat convincing fashion, ending the season ranked inside the Top 10. That to me spells that the Canes are “back” and ready to assume their rightful place in the upper echelon of college football. When we do that, and hopefully it will be sometime soon, then I truly believe the U is “back” where it belongs.

Just going to say, I am with you OP. Things are definitely looking up right now. If we can only get JT back and somehow pull Hurts or Martell here, things will look that much better. I think Hurts is really, really good and would serve us well for a year. JT is JT.

This tweet puts everything in perspective

Excited to see how everything shakes out

Just curious..as to why you don't think he'll be able to win NC's @ MIA ?

I was concerned about Richt's age and the fact that he's a guy...who, well....thinks 'rings collect dust'. I wanted this to work but I had my concerns

Im actually more excited by Diaz and the energy what he's brought to the table early on
