If you live in North Carolina and would like a Miami license plate for your car, it's almost a possibility. There is a facebook group that's trying to make it happen.

There are actually a good number of cars rolling around with UM Georgia plates...near Athens no less.

Ugh! I signed up for my plates a year ago. I just literally got my new car registered in SC a week ago. FML
