It's not shocking that Dumbo would not let Coley call plays when he was the OC at FSU. Coley was a glorified recruiter at best.

I might be going out on a limb here, but it seems like he throws more often when he knows his QB is a good passer.

He lets his QB throw more often when he has a guy he knows can will the team to wins.

Not necessarily true. If a QB is mentally strong enough to will his team to win he never has to throw the ball. Why risk turnovers? Hand it off and start willing.
 
So, Kaaya throws what, 12.4 passes a game?

Seriously, I see Richt being able to speed the tempo up with Kaaya and really keeping teams on their heels. He can slow it down and grind it when he wants, but I can see him opening things up considerably if there is a weakness to exploit. I see a mixed bag, really. In the games where we can grind it out, Kaaya throws 20 passes a game. Other times, he throws 45.
