I never thought McCloud should start, and I always objected to those who mentioned him as being in the same category as Shaq and Pinkney. I was hoping that the coaches started him because McCloud’s light had come on and he improved, but nothing has changed with him. TBH, McCloud embarrassed us against Clemson, and he and Jennings are probably the worst starting LBs in the ACC

Sam Brooks and the younger LBs need to start. The coaches have shown their loyalty to the upperclassmen, but the upperclassmen haven’t rewarded the coaches for their loyalty, It’s time to turn the page and play the best players
