The Return of Swag at The U

I didn't think we stunk when we were ranked #2 in the nation 2 years ago. And Mike Rumph states in the article that Swag is from his Era and TNM has to create their own identity. You probably didn't read it... Not Suprising. But like I've read plenty of times on this site, "You know you have a point when HemsleySalmons disagrees".
 
I understand why some people are skeptical and want to see results first, after the Radio/Folden/Richt trifecta of corches that we’ve been subjected to as a fan base.

But I’m willing to bet that now that so many are doubting Manolo “Pepe Machete” Diaz, is when we will indeed rise up and begin to kick *** again.

Past 15 years a few of us knew pretty quickly that the aforementioned corches were not the guys to lead us back to glory, while most of the board supported (or even slurped) the old regimes, oblivious to the multiple problems with nutrition, player development, game planning, scheming, in-game adjustments, mindset, etc..

Now that many are doubting, the U finally gets to rise up. The best Canes teams always thrived on disrespect and doubt as fuel. I predict we will see the same out of our boys.

We might not see the finished product this season. But my gut tells me that by next season we will see a fully dominant and downright scary squad.

Still say we beat the **** out of the Turds and FSU. We also have a legit shot to win at least 10 games.

Have difficulty in thinking everything is OK as long as Libby's like Shalala and Blake James were/are in charge. Jimmy, Sam and Dennis did a great job of keeping Taddy boy Foote out of the way, but they ultimately wear down. I honestly do not know enough about Julio Frenk to make an opinion. But does anyone believe that Bama, Clemson or UGA internal money people ar Libby's? Say what you want about Lou Saban, Howard and Jimmy but it was John Green that saved UM's football program, which then ultimately became great. Money matters!
