The only pro to not fire Richt

Is to keep the recruiting class together. And how things are going, that looks to be falling apart as well.

There really is only one real decision and that is to move on as quickly as possible. I’m sick and tired of opening every game behind the 8 ball. The team comes out flat every single game for 3 years now. Against power 5 teams the last three years combined, we’ve been outscored by 40. In over 25 games, I think it was 19 or 20 we haven’t scored more than 7 points.

You think Richt is saying to the team let’s go out and kick *** like Saban is. He’s probabky out there saying let’s execute the dive play to the best of our ability and hoping for 3 yards.

We're lucky if this is a top 25 class. As @Dwinstitles has mentioned and it's a general agreement, you can't have just one elite class every couple of years if you want to take the next level. We got a top 10 class last year, and we should've got another top 10 class this year and the year after, etc...

Keep him and invest the money we'd have to pay him if we fired him in the best OC out there. It's cheaper, and potentially a quick fix. We have talent on that side of the ball that is just dying to play in a real O.

I know it’s slim but it NEEDS to happen. He’s a has been. He had elite talent on his teams year in and year out and done **** in 10 years. Around the time he lost Murray, college football went to a spread offense and he has not adapted. No one who has won anything of importance has run a pro style offense. Even Bama who has 10 5 star offensive linemen on their team and ran it down everyone’s throat still went to a spread. The guy is a has been.

I think I disagree... although we did not have them signed ( nobody has until signing day)..but I think a class with Neal, Crowley, Stevenson, Nunn, Richard , Jadon, JJ Weaver would have been **** special ..

Coker’s classes were not that good at the end. Coaching trumps talent anyways as we learned from the number 1 class in the nation in 2008. This coaching staff is putrid.

Even during the last days of Coker, I've heard the recruiting class excuse used. Same with Shannon and Golden. It's a putrid excuse.
