Manny will not be an absentee landlord with any aspect of the team, but especially the O. Whoever the OC is will implement not only Manny's strategy, but will also have concrete expectations set on him. For instance, If we're three games in and we're overly relying on the run to get us to 3rd and short AND it's not working, I fully expect him to step in.

Splashy OC names are nice, but he simply needs a guy who is going to get on the same page with Manny and in an overall sense, is going to ATTACK, ATTACK, ATTACK!

Most here seem to think that means 4WR 1RB all the time. I want to succeed and put up tons of points, so it doesn't matter to me what we do as long as we're winning. I can easily see a base system with 2 WR's, 1TE, 1FB, and 1RB, but being VERY aggressive. If you use movement and actively involve your FB, TE and RB in your passing game, then I'm fine with that too.

At this point, until he shows that he can't be trusted, and knowing that it doesn't take a Mensa member to succeed here, just a willingness to be aggressive, constantly learn and adjust and I believe Manny is that HC. End of the day, the OC will be carrying out Manny's O vision and not from a distance either, which may contribute to not already having named someone. Manny is not going to anoint someone the HC of the offense and then leave them alone.
