since we don't have a "rivalry week" opponent. we should just play FIU to end the season, and then FAU the next year, and just alternate. that way the majority of our team would get to eat/be around their family for the holiday

Funny how Pitt is not considered a rival, although we have played them 37 times. The only teams we have played more are UF and FSU.

IMO, playing FIU or FAU on the regular at the end of the season artificially elevates those programs. The only good thing about playing them at that time is that it would be a guaranteed warm weather game. I don't like Pitt or BC in November.

I hate that we play both these no name schools at all. Nobody outside of Florida even knows they exist. Waste of time, exposure and prominence. Two ‘who cares’ games.

Neither FIU or FAU are should be considered rivals of Miami. Nor UCF or USF.

Would rather play FSU, but the Noles have UF.

Play an ACC team. Pittsburgh is fine. Their traditional rivals, Penn State and West Virginia, moved on.

And if we don't get our Ricks in a row, we gonna turn into one of them no name schools.

It would be idiocy to schedule a non-P5 team as our "rivalry game".

Everything to lose. Nothing to gain.
