That holds true when you start thinking about coaches like:
Cristobal and Kiffin

Both would be lazy and bad ideas.

If you make a change make a splash. Don't do it just to do it. These ******** would be more of the same.

Kiffin will be successful one day. The guy is talented he just wasn't ready in previous stints. Not saying he is ready not but if we are going to take any up and comer, I'd take him. That said, I'd rather we go the "proven" route at this point.
