If you know change is coming (and I highly doubt the Enos decision was made after the bowl game), you have your list and work the back channels.

Knowing how Manny has been and how this admin works though, they probably just started putting together a list last Friday.

The rising stars in the NFL are younger and innovative.....the game has changed.

Gailey is 68 years old (in 5 days). In his last few stops, he failed miserably. He is NOT the innovator the Dolphins need to take the next step. the constant retreads in the NFL are mind blowing.

Yes they are complete morons when it comes to tanking but this team plays hard for Flores and could become very good once they realize they need a real QB and not boy wonder.

I agree about Flores. I think he is a good one.
But the Dolphins have treated the draft like its personal toilet for as long as I can remember.
Until they understand the draft and how it works I have no hope for them.
