The curious case of Joe Burrow.

This guy was a glorified game manager last year. Now he looks like Peyton Manning out there. Coaching, Wide Receivers, what the **** did he do to improve this much? Has anyone ever seen a 1 year improvement like this before?

He showed flashes last year. But what you are seeing is an amazing scheme crafted by a genius (Sean Payton) and run competently at the college level. It’s just not fair. They are passing to setup the run and it’s gorgeous. I def. have coach envy.

I would add.. that if Joe Burrow starts slipping in the draft. Watch out for the Saints. He looks like he’d be worth taking a flyer on as Drew’s Brees’ Heir.

Really struggled at times last year.

Also was GA with Joe Moorhead at Penn State for 2 years. He's been around good offenses in his short career.

i used to be of the mindset that we run pro style at Miami because we are the pros bla bla bla

anyone who plays offense from under center and huddles nowadays is stuck in the past and borderline the equivalent of running a triple option 10 years ago

They knew he doesn’t do well under center and Joe Brady and that offensive staff completely changed their approach and wanted to go spread to play to his strengths...along with those receivers...they are nasty on offense. Must be nice!

burrow at OSU was considered to be really good just got beat out by haskins. he struggled last year obviously as a first time starter in a new system, but hes really been amazing this year. been a top 2-3 QB in the country right now

It is amazing what a decent OC can do especially one that doesnt run a 1999 offense.......maybe one day we will see the same..........maybe......one day
