I've been told by several coaches that NCAA has undercovers in FL, TX, CA working to enforce this ridiculous 'bump' rule

Just FYI......NCAA busted 5 coaches with "bump" rule at IMG yesterday. Had NCAA people pretending to be watching practice like parents.

Bump - This is an unscheduled and ILLEGAL contact between a college coach and a prospective student-athlete. This contact may happen outside of the authorized "contact period" mandated by the NCAA. A bump is supposed to be reported to the NCAA although it is considered a minor infraction.

also know as showing up at the same place as someone and making it appear you just "bumped" into one another. this is also known as stalking.
