These post make me laugh.

TVD threw the ball 57 times today vs 18 runs.
QBs threw 51 times vs 33 runs against MTSU.
TVD threw 41 times vs 31 rushes vs aTm

But all we do is run the ball GUYSM.

I'm sure he wants to run the ball more and it would certainly help us to be more balanced but the OL gets zero push, we have no game breakers at RB, and teams don't have to respect the long ball passing game so stack the box.

Their pass defense is worse than ours, maybe the worst in the nation. Yeah, I'd attack that. We don't run the ball that well. TVD threw for almost 500 yards.

You don't consistently win football games not being able to run. I get everyone wants 50 passes but the legitimate teams have balance. We should be able to do both but the run game can't be stack 11 vs 11 in the box like we've seen.

He WANTED to run the ball, but we threw the ball 57 times and ran it 18 times. Did yall want 10 carries instead? I'm confused at why we should be angry about what he wanted if he didn't actually do it.

its what he wanted that makes everyone concerned. we all think hey maybe we turned a corner offensively in terms of adjusting. it seems like nothing really changed next week and we revert right back. my issue is we run the ball stupidly. we dont do it in advantageous situations and its far too predictable.

He threw the ball like 60 times tonight.

The coaching staff adjusted (we couldn't run the ball a lick) and we STILL lost. This roster needs an influx of talent.

As I said earlier, our guys play small in the big moments. You can set your watch by it.
 
The issue is that someone is trying to force the run in the red zone and it is NOT WORKING. It will in future years but not now. Gots to adapt, mane. Gots to score da points in the red zone. Pass the ball every cot**** down IF YOU CAN'T RUN. Doing the same thing over & over and forcing the run game when it is not working is....

I especially love the QB draws down in the red zone...so safe, no risk of fumbling etc but the only issue is those plays statistically have about a 0.0001% chance of succeeding when you compare out fleet-footed QBs forty time to that of average D1 linebackers. The linebackers & other defenders just close too fast. That play is never going to work. Much better to throw to our tall WR & TEs down there.

Here mental retardation seems to spread faster than the rona did.
 
People want to give Mario praise for throwing more but fail to mention we were down 14-0 at the blink of an eye, lost momentum, and the crowd had that “uh oh, not 2020 all over again” type of feel. He had to throw to get us back in the game.
