3. Culture- It's going to take Richt making the right changes and sacrifices to lose the stench that has plagued the program. He's doing it in the community, it doesn't have to take long on the field.

1. He lost players because of the cloud, sanctions etc

2. Pride - didn't get rid of his buddy and wanted to run his scheme

We're losing because the 2 most important positions in football are below average. **** if we just had a good/elite QB we're probably 8-0. Kizer would kill with Richt
