Notice I've said on this board we need to go up north and to Canada.....where did 2001 OL come from? Dade? Fort Myers? Orlando? Belle Glade?

Did we recruit a lot of overstuffed kids raised excessively on carbs?

EDIT: Maybe, just maybe, Kehoe was on to something.

Couldn’t care less about our recruiting class unless it’s stacked with 4-5 star OL. Otherwise, it’s the same old crap. Great skill players; poor results.

Yabba Dabba's secret sauce is that he played the role of bagman earlier in his career (with the dirtiest southern programs of them all). He understood the bag game incredibly well....and the need to have the full support of all of the key boosters (and the admin). He was also allowed to pay big money to top flight assistants (like Venables) and they have been a leader in terms of facilities. I personally can't stand the guy. I think he's a seriously fake big time cheater that spews fake Aw Shucks charm...and it's just all so fake. Why? He "cares" so much about his players yet 100% knows they are shooting up PEDs (which will shorten their lifespan & lead to major health issues). Don't forget those positive tests from the end of last season. Those were lied about heavily at the press conference by...you guessed it...the good ole fake son of a gun himself (who kept rambling on & on about what great kids they were & how they would never do that). Wait...everyone'e forgotten about those already? Sure have because the media totally let Clem$on slide on that one...and Goldilocks was so great at QB in the Playoffs...and Yabo Dabo is so charming with his looks & his fake a$$ Southern Charm.

They are winning at the highest level due to:

1) Strong Bag Game. This is what has enabled them to come down & cherry pick top players at the skill positions
2) Full Support from Boosters: Big part of #1
3) Full Support of the Admin: Huge budgets for coaching hires & sparkly facilities and turn a blind eye to the dark side of CFB. It's a pretty ****** school academically so why not at least excel in football
4) Fertile recruiting grounds: they can recruit the whole Southeast fairly easily (including cherry picking elite skill players from SoFL)
5) Great assistant coaching hires (and big budget for that)
6) PEDs

They are doing everything you need to do in modern CFB to be an elite team. It's all so right (for winning)...but also so wrong.
